My dog had locked my keys in my car as he jumped through to the front and stood on the lock button, as he jumped out, then as I was shutting my door, I realised my keys were still in the car but it was too late.
I was at my son's footy game so I couldn't leave to get my spare key as I didn't have time to get home and back again and the dog is a big 60kg rottweiler so I couldn't call too many people for help so I contacted Melbourne Batteries I was told it could be anywhere from 15min to 1 hour and within 10min Aaron arrived, he was able to open my car door, and it wasn't even half time at my son's footy match and I was stressing out that we would be the last ones to leave the ground.

The service was extremely professional and the customer service from start to finish was amazing. I had called a few other services before I tried Melbourne Batteries and they either wanted to charge more as it was a Sunday or the call out time was minimum 1-4 hours but Melbourne Batteries were the quickest time frame and a good price considering the cost of everything these days is ridicilous, Thank you Aaron I will be recommending Melbourne Batteries to everyone.

Today aron rescued me as my car battery was dead and it was close to school pickup so I couldn’t let my son know to waiting for me but i find mel batteries from google and aron came in shortest wait time .

I contacted Melbourne Batteries after RACV roadside assist abandoned the job,  the RACV mechanic was unable to remove the failed from the housing and ended up jump starting my car.
